We meet for seven sessions over a three-month period. Our first session is 75 minutes, and the follow-ups are 30-45 minute check-ins. All sessions are online.
Groups meet online for an hour every two weeks, for a total of eight sessions. New groups start every four months. Groups are an affordable way to build a supportive community and learn from collective wisdom.
I am also available to speak to your group on various wellness topics, such as how to set and meet wellness goals, developing resilience, managing stress, or pain and the mind/body connection.
